Ciuperci a la greque
Ingrediente (pentru 6 persoane): 500 g ciuperci mai mici, 6 rosii marunte, 6 cepe mici albe, 2 morcovi, 2 catei de usturoi, 4 linguri ulei de masline, 150 ml vin alb, cateva crengute de ierburi aromate (cimbru, rozmarin), o lingura boabe de coriandru, sare, piper.
Mod de preparare: Se curata morcovii, se taie in doua
